Ho sempre sentito il viaggio come un’azione rigenerante e arricchente. Mai come ora vivo lo spostamento nello spazio e nel tempo come azione che, nello spazio liminale, crea vita. Cos\u00ec in ogni dove, in ogni tempo senti il brivido della morte e della vita attraversare la tua essenza pi\u00f9 profonda. Eh si perch\u00e8 muori solo se sei vivo e rinasci solo se sei morto.
\nIl nostro destino in corsi e ricorsi di vita, viaggi, cammini, attese, cadute, partenze e arrivi. Nel giorno che non ti aspetti, scopri che tutto quel che ti serve per vivere sono poco pi\u00f9 di tre valigie e tanto amore. Con il fiato sospeso attraversi l’impossibile e ti catapulti nel luogo dove dovevi essere da sempre. Il viaggio si prospetta complicato perch\u00e8 non sono i confini a limitare il nostro andare, ma sono l’orgoglio, l’apparente illusione di poter essere senza l’amore, senza quell’essenza del Divino che dona respiro, che crea miracoli nel deserto delle nostre sclerotiche certezze e determinazioni.
\nE mentre viaggi sospeso nel tempo e nello spazio, osservi intorno a te la tenerezza e quell’umanit\u00e0 che ti riporta a casa. L’attenzione per un alito di vita diventa esplosione atomica di meraviglia e speranza in questo povero mondo, dove tutto sembra perduto, ma non lo sar\u00e1 mai se sapremo che il nostro movimento crea energia e vita sempre e per sempre. Bello ritornare nel paese del vento, nella terra del sole e di uno dei mari pi\u00f9 belli al mondo, la Sardegna, ma ancor pi\u00f9 prezioso aver imparato da questa terra ad essere cittadino del mondo, perch\u00e8 esistiamo in ogni luogo dove lasciamo un po’ del nostro cuore. Grata per tanti motivi per questo viaggio durato solo 36 ore accolgo questo ritorno come nuova partenza, perch\u00e8 il segreto per vivere \u00e8 attraversare ogni istante il mondo con la mente e il cuore, trovando in ogni luogo un battito del nostro cuore.
\nGrazie vita che mi doni, tempi difficili per crescere nella consapevolezza che sei vivo solo se ti muovi, che vivi solo se sai morire alle abitudini, alle cose scontate, se ti meravigli per quel tutto che trasforma il niente. Pronta per un altro viaggio, this is life!<\/p>\n

I always felt the trip as a regenerating and enriching. Never before has live moving in space and time as an action that, in the liminal space, creates life. So any where, at any time you feel the thrill of death and life through your deepest essence. Yes because you die if you’re alive, and be born only if you’re dead. Our destiny in life courses and resorts, travel, walk, expectations, falls, departures and arrivals. On the day you do not expect, you find out that all that you need to live are just over three suitcases and lots of love. With bated breath passes through the impossible and catapult you to the place where you had to be all along. The trip promises are not complicated because the boundaries to limit our go, but the pride, the apparent illusion of being without love, without that essence of the Divine that gives breath, which creates miracles in the desert of our sclerotic certainties and determinations. And as you travel suspended in time and space, look around you the tenderness and humanity that takes you home. The focus on the breath of life becomes atomic explosion of wonder and hope in this poor world, where everything seems lost, but it will be if we ever that our movement creates more energy and life and forever. Good to be back in the wind country, in the land of the sun and one of the most beautiful seas in the world, Sardinia, but even more valuable to have learned from this earth to be a citizen of the world, because we exist in all places where we leave a bit ‘of our heart. Grateful for so many reasons for this lasted only 36 hours traveling I welcome this return as a new departure, because the secret to living is to cross every moment the world with the mind and the heart, finding everywhere a beat of our hearts.
